I respect him a lot and one of the main reasons why I do so is because he knows his stuff like the back of his hand. There are days when he will get new forms of deals and there are days when I know we will not meet eye to eye owing to the kinds of contracts he gets himself into. We love each other and one of the many reasons we bumped into each other too often is because we felt an attraction towards the same things and clients. A simple way to demonstrate is that when we get into contracts as far as selecting some of the best swimming pools’ constructors we knew which people to go for and those to leave behind. We enjoy each other’s company in short but we barely come to an agreement when it comes to the kind of rates we should go for. I am an expensive girl and he is a fair man but we use these strategies for varying reasons and one of them is that he believes that a fair price wins clients and I believe a high price will fetch lucrative returns on investment.
